FromHighSchooltoUni Ltd is hereinafter referred to as "the seller".

Hereinafter referred to as "the buyer" or "the consumer".

The validity of the offer depends on the products presented on the site From High School to Uni and their availability in stock. In the event of unavailability of the product, the seller undertakes, as far as possible, to inform you of this before validating your payment. Otherwise, if the payment has already been made, we will refund all amounts paid, including any delivery costs, as soon as possible, using the same method of payment as the one you used for the transaction. In any case, you will not be charged for this refund.

Article 6. FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT

To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and click on "Purchase".  By clicking on "Purchase", you acknowledge that you have read these general terms and conditions of sale and expressly declare that you accept them without reservation. The contract is formed as soon as the buyer places the order, formalised by this click.

You will then receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order (hereinafter the "Order Confirmation"). You will also be informed by e-mail of the effective dispatch of your order.

Article 7. PURCHASING PROCEDURE

The buyer can place an order on FromHighSchooltoUni as follows:

Article 8. REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER

Although we will always make every effort to fulfil all orders, exceptional circumstances may arise which require us to refuse to process an order after we have sent you the Order Confirmation, such as a manufacturing or stock problem, a payment incident or a regulatory issue. We reserve this right at all times. In this case, if payment has already been made, we will refund all amounts paid, including delivery charges, as soon as possible, using the same method of payment you used for the transaction. In any case, you will not be charged for this refund.

We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to replace or amend any content or information on this website. 

We will not be liable to you or any third party as a result of our decision to remove a product from this website, to replace or amend any content or information on this website or our refusal to process an order, in the cases referred to above, after sending the Order Confirmation.

 

 

Article 9. PAYMENT

The price is payable at the time of ordering and in one go. Any attempt to defraud, for whatever amount and from whatever source, will be prosecuted.

Payment method.

The payment methods offered are by credit card or via a Paypal account. For payment by credit card, the buyer validates his delivery and billing address as well as the product and the total price. He/she provides his/her credit card number associated with the expiry date and the CVX code. The order can then be finalised.

The choice of credit card is protected by the Stripe solution, which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol in such a way that the information transmitted is encrypted by software, and that no third party can gain knowledge of it during transport on the network.

Default of payment.

​

The seller reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honour an order from a consumer who has not fully paid for an order.

Verification of payments

By clicking on "Purchase", you confirm that the credit card belongs to you.

The seller checks all orders that have been validated on its site. These controls aim to protect the seller from abusive practices by fraudsters. Our services may ask you for all the documents necessary to release your order: proof of residence or debit in your name, or proof of residence in the name of the person indicated for the delivery address, etc. These requests will be made by e-mail.

Credit cards are subject to validity checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If we do not receive the required payment authorisation, we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the Products and we will not be able to enter into a contract with you.

Article 10. DELIVERY

From the moment of collection, you are the owner and responsible for the product. Except in the case of hidden defects or defective products, any damage to the product occurring after the day of collection will be considered as resulting from your own fault and cannot be invoked against the seller for a refund or exchange.

Caution :

All products sent by the seller are carefully checked for damage so that if your order arrives damaged and you collect the product anyway, you will be deemed to have accepted the parcel in its condition on the day of collection. Therefore, any damage to the product that occurs after collection will be unenforceable against the seller and will not be grounds for a claim for refund or exchange.

 

 

Article 11. DELAY, LOSS, DAMAGE

Delay

 

The seller cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery once the package has been deposited at the post office. In this case, you should contact the service of the carrier in question.  

 

As an exception, the seller allows the consumer to cancel the purchase in case of a delay of more than 30 days.

 

Loss

 

In case of loss of the parcel, we commit ourselves to either refund you in full as soon as possible or to send you the same order. 

 

Damage

 

After processing your request and in the event of proven damage, the seller undertakes to reimburse you or exchange the goods at their expense as soon as possible.

 

 

Article 12. RETURN AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Consumer has 14 working days from the day of receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal. Within this time limit, this right is exercised by informing the seller by e-mail at the following address: info@fromhighschooltouni.com of your wish to withdraw from the contract, stating the reasons for the return and returning the goods in the same condition as on the day of delivery. These two actions must be taken cumulatively within 14 clear days from the day of receipt of the product. The exercise of this right allows you, at your convenience, either to obtain a refund or to make an exchange.

Only the so-called standard products (model, colour and size presented on the product sheets) offered on the online shop may be the subject of a refund or exchange request.

​

The returned products (product and packaging) must be in their original condition and not used or downloaded by the buyer. Upon receipt of the package, the seller will judge whether the time limit has been respected and whether the returned goods are in perfect condition. No returns will be accepted if the products have been visibly used or downloaded by the buyer. If the return is refused, no refund or exchange can be requested and the return of the order will be at the expense of the Consumer. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods by the seller, of which you will be informed by email.

Article 13. LIABILITY AND APPLICABLE LAW

​

The seller cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind, whether material or immaterial or physical, which may result from improper use of the products marketed. The seller shall not be held liable for simple errors or omissions that may have occurred despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products.

This contract is subject to UK law. Only UK courts have jurisdiction, regardless of the place of delivery and the method of payment accepted.

Complaints or disputes will always be treated with attentive benevolence, the good faith being always presumed in the person who takes the trouble to expose his complaints. In the event of a dispute, the consumer shall first contact the company to obtain an amicable solution.
